Depending on the type of case you have, we offer an hourly rate or a flat fee. Our law firm keeps detailed logs of the time spent on your case. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be over billed for unproductive time. Attorney rates for Family Law cases fall between $300 and $450 per hour, depending on the complexity of your case. Criminal Law cases are billed at a flat rate, which vary based on your pending charges. Initial retainers must be paid upfront. We accept all major credit cards. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
